Products

What material is your product made of?

They are made of thick foam board.

Is assembly required for this product?

Yes, assembly required as they come in precut pieces.

What do I need for assembly?

A hot glue gun and 3 AA batteries for each product will need to be prepared before assembly.

Can I use them outdoors?

Yes. They are produced to be used outdoors. However, the material is non-waterproof and inable to withstand heavy wind. As long as the weather is favorable, there won't be any issues.

Additionally, you can enhance stability by utilising weights such as cans of soda or sandbags.

Shipping

How long does it takes to process and ship my order?

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after placing the order.
  • Orders placed on holidays and weekends are processed the following business day.
  • Shipping time depends upon shipping method, package size, and location.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free standard shipping to the continental United States on orders over $75.

Can I add items to an order I have already placed?

  • We process and package our orders quickly, so please contact us immediately to see if the order is still in process. If so, then we would be happy to add to the order and send you a revised invoice.
  • It is possible that the order is already packaged for shipping and then we would not be able to add to that package. You will then have to place another order.

What if I give the wrong address for shipping?

  • Please let us know of changes as soon as possible. After the package has been processed and delivered to the carrier, we will be unable to make any changes.
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct address before shipping.
  • We always ship to the shipping address supplied at the time of checkout and are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.
  • Reshipment on packages returned to us due to incorrect address reship at the customer's cost.

What if the tracking shows that my package was delivered, but I never received it?

  • If packages are lost or stolen in transit, please understand that we are not liable once they have been delivered to the carrier.
  • Unless you have opted to insure these packages, we cannot be responsible for any refunds on lost or stolen packages. 
  • Be sure to check with your neighbors and surrounding area to locate the package and then contact your local post office if you are unable to locate the package.
  • Your local post office can check the geotag of the delivery scan and escalate an investigation on your behalf, but we are not able to track down on our end.

I ordered multiple letters(numbers), but I only received part of my order. What happened?

Most of our items are individually packaged, thus your order may arrive in separate shipments, each containing multiple packages.

What if my package arrived and an item was incorrect or missing?

  • Please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll ship a replacement immediately to make it right.
  • When reaching out to us, kindly provide your order ID, specify the issue you are experiencing, and inform us of the date of your party.
  • Item shall not need to be borthered to return if it's defected, missing or glued already.
